On-line Payment Option  

The University offers students the option to pay their student accounts via the UIW ePayment Center, accessible through the myWord portal. This is a secure web site, all information entered is confidential. Unless otherwise noted, these transactions are encrypted.  It is UIW's practice that confidential financial information you provide will be used only for the purposes described in that transaction, unless an additional use is specifically stated on that site. Data provided specifically to facilitate credit card transactions are retained only for a reasonable time to effect the transaction. UIW makes reasonable efforts to comply with federal, state and local laws.

Payment Plans

The University offers students a Tuition Payment Plan. The student can divide their payment into installments. It is the responsibility of the student to enroll in a payment plan each semester. Failure to remit these payments may result in withholding of credits, transcripts, diplomas, and a late payment fee each month for not submitting tuition payments as agreed. However, this will not exempt students from liability for those charges. Enrollment into this plan includes an enrollment fee. For examples of payment plans, please click here.

To enroll in the deferred payment plan, please visit the UIW ePayment Center, accessible through the myWord portal.


e-Payment Portal for Authorized (non-student) Users

Students may give access to those individuals that may need to see and/or pay their bill. Students can do this after logging into the myWord portal and clicking on the link for the UIW ePayment Center.  The "Authorized User" section is on the lower left side of the "Your Account" page.

Authorized (non-student) Users, log into your e-Payment account after receiving your secure log-in information (PIN and password). If you already have access, contact your student to reset your password.
