Weddings at the University of the Incarnate Word

There are two chapels on the UIW Campus - The Chapel of the Incarnate Word and Our Lady's Chapel. Please see below for more information on each of the chapels.

The Chapel of the Incarnate Word

The Chapel of the Incarnate Word is the Motherhouse Chapel
of the Sister's of Charity of the Incarnate Word.

The Chapel of the Incarnate Word is managed by the
Chapel Director for the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.

Our Lady's Chapel

General Guidelines for Reserving Our Lady's Chapel
at the University of the Incarnate Word

Weddings in Our Lady's Chapel for are generally reserved for
Alumni, Students, and Employees (including immediate family) of the
University of the Incarnate Word, Incarnate Word High School, and St. Anthony's Catholic High School.

Quinceneras may be held in Our Lady's Chapel if
the student is currently attending
Incarnate Word High School or St. Anthony's Catholic High School
