
Dr. Osman Özturgut
Biography:
Dr. Osman Özturgut is currently an Assistant Professor of Education in the PhD program at UIW. Dr. Özturgut has worked in the field of international and comparative education for over a decade. He has been an administrator and faculty member in various higher education institutions in Turkey, China, and the United States. He has conducted research in China, South Korea, Japan, Norway, Singapore, Turkey, South Africa, and the US. He is an expert in international and comparative higher education and leadership studies and has numerous publications and presentations in these areas.
