Welcome to the H-E-B School of Business & Administration!

At UIW, a private university nestled in the heart of the 7th largest city in the United States, San Antonio, the H-E-B School of Business and Administration offers a unique atmosphere where regional charm meets a cosmopolitan culture. Students can expect a practical education that emphasizes a global reach with respect to international and cultural understanding. The HEBSBA offers high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs steeped in the UIW traditions of faith, service, innovation, truth and education.

The HEBSBA is comprised of 10 undergraduate concentrations: accounting, economics, finance, general business, international business, management, management information systems, marketing, professional golf management, and sports management, along with 3 graduate programs: Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Health Administration.

The H-E-B School of Business and Administration is a member of AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, and is accredited by ACBSP, the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

Marketing student lands summer internship at NASCAR

H-E-B School of Business marketing graduate Claudia Zapata is spending her summer interning with the NASCAR Foundation in Daytona, Florida.


Founding MHA Director Dr. Daniel Dominguez to retire from UIW

Dr. Daniel Dominguez, the founding director of the University of the Incarnate Word Master of Health Administration program, is set to retire after 15 years at the university.


Dr. Michael McGuire retires after 30 years at UIW

Dr. Michael McGuire will retire following the Spring 2018 semester after 30 years at the University of the Incarnate Word.
