The McCombs Building is 5-story building that includes a residence hall, the university bookstore, Java on the Hill and a banquet hall (Sky Room) as well as 3-level parking garage. the McCombs Building is located next to ICC/St. Joseph's Hall residence hall at the corner of 281 and Hilderbrand. The 4th and 5th floors house a total of 17 units - 13 of which house several single rooms with each unit that includes full kitchens and living rooms. 4 other suitestyle units give a breathtaking view of San Antonio skyline and each bedroom has its own shower/bathroom facility. Also, in each bedroom in these 4 particular units are equipped with a mini-microwave/refrigerator unit. All of the rooms in the McCombs Building are equipped with telephone and computer data lines (for each resident) as well as basic cable for television.
