Help Desk Services

Visit the HelpDesk@SEC!

We've moved. The Help Desk and Media Center lab in the Library are now closed. Visit us in our new digs across from Red's pub on the basement floor of the Student Engagement Center.

Help Desk personnel are located at the front desk of the HelpDesk@SEC, which is located on the ground floor of the UIW Student Engagement Center.  The desk is open to serve the UIW community Monday through Saturday.

Monday - Thursday

7 AM - 7 PM


7 AM - 5 PM


8 AM - Noon

Hours subject to change during Christmas and Summer Breaks.

Students and faculty may bring their laptops to the front desk for diagnostic services and minor troubleshooting. The HelpDesk@SEC serves as the initial point of contact for all calls related to desktop and laptop support as well as calls related to audiovisual classroom support.

Call the HelpDesk@SEC or submit a ticket when you have technical troubles or need service with:

24×7 Help Desk

After daytime work hours, there is a 24X7 Help Desk Service that the UIW community can call to report problems and to seek assistance
