CONFERENCE & EVENT Resources

 Printers and Laptops

Will you be providing on-site registration? Will you provide presenters or guests with a business office suite for their needs while they travel? The ORD can provide up to three black-and-white printers to assist your event staff and visitors with their needs. We can also assist with reserving laptop computers from the UIW Library.

Presentation Boards

Will you host a poster session, provide an idea board, or feature a jobs board? The ORD can provide up to 58, double-sided, rolling, cork presentation boards (48" H x 72" W – 2' base) for your display. We can also supply clear push pins to help secure items to the boards. Since these boards are used campus-wide for a variety of events, we recommend confirming your reservation as soon as possible.

Print Production

Will you need to create a book of proceedings or an event booklet? We have produced dozens of events' proceedings booklets and can assist in editing, designing, and proofing your materials to ensure they are spot-on and polished.

Volunteers

Do you need an extra hand stuffing participant bags, guiding guests around campus, or serving as room monitors? We can help distribute calls for volunteers to our graduate, doctoral, and professional students. Our students often seek opportunities to gain additional expertise, grow their professional network, and give back to the UIW community.

Additional Support

Give us a call, email, or a visit. We will be glad to learn about your event and help coordinate with the campus offices who will support you.
