2013 UIW Summer Orientation

Deep in the Heart of… Cardinal Pride!

Welcome to the University of the Incarnate Word!

As you begin your exciting new journey as a UIW Cardinal, we encourage you to make the most of your academic experience by attending summer Orientation.

During our one-day orientation session, you will have the opportunity to participate in activities designed to help familiarize you with our campus and prepare you for classes here at Incarnate Word. The program includes advising, registration, academic sessions and many more informative activities.

Orientation is required for Freshmen and will take place from approximately 9:00am - 5:00pm.

There will be a $10.00 fee per parent or family member attending orientation. This fee is payable during the orientation check-in process. Due to safety regulations and fire codes, we respectfully ask that you limit the number of guests accompanying you to orientation to two.

Please be sure that you have taken care of your confirmation fee and submitted your proof of meningitis before attending orientation.
