Secretary to Experiential Programs Brenda M. Dimas is a native of San Antonio. She has been with the University of the Incarnate Word since August of 2001. She worked for the Student Success Program, in the Academic Advising Center area. She was delighted to come over to the Feik School of Pharmacy and become secretary to the Assistant Dean of Experiential Programs in June of 2007. Prior to her employment with UIW, Brenda worked as an administrative secretary at Trinity University for 15 years. Brenda was appointed to the Mission Retreat Advisory Board in 2001 working with the Mission Effectiveness Office. She is also a trained Campus Mediator. Brenda is active in her church, St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, where she serves on the church festival committee, St. Benedict’s Women’s ACTS ministry, and as a Minister of the Word. Brenda has two daughters, Brianna Marie, age 18, a senior at Incarnate Word High School, and Abbey Catherine, age 8, in second grade at St. Peter’s Catholic School. She has been married to her husband Robert for 24 years.
