MARK GRANBERRY

Dr. Granberry received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas College of Pharmacy in 1978. He practiced as a hospital pharmacist for several years before he returned to the University of Arkansas College of Pharmacy and received a Pharm.D. degree in 1994. He completed residencies in Pharmacy Practice and Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy.
Dr. Granberry then joined the faculty at University of Arkansas for College of Pharmacy. His primary teaching assignment was cardiology related, including coordinating an ambulatory lipid clinic. He also conducted several clinical research projects.
Dr. Granberry comes to UIW from the University of Texas —Pan American in Edinburg, Texas where he was an Associate Professor in the Cooperative Pharmacy Program.
Dr. Granberry has numerous publications, presentations, and activities of service to his academic institutions and the communities in which he has lived. He is a member of several professional organizations, including AACP, ACCP, and the American Heart Association. He is Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
