The Student Government Association hosts the Activities Fair at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.

What to Ask An Officer:

Membership in an organization entails varying levels of responsibility and commitment. Here are some questions you might ask organization officers:

How often do you meet? What day/time do you meet?
Are dues required? How often and how much?
What is the level of activity? Is this a really active group or is it focused on just one or two major events? What are those events and activities?
What are the responsibilities of the different officers?
What does it take to become an officer?
Are there leadership opportunities other than as an officer?

The answers will help you better understand the organization, its priorities and how you might fit in.
