Student Center Vendor Information

Off-campus vendors (jewelry, clothing, make-up, newspapers, cell phone companies, banks, etc.) can set-up tables in the Student Center with at least one week notice. The vendor table fee is $35 for 1 table and 2 chairs. Please fill out the Vendor Table Form. Please contact Vendor Supervisor Jessica Reyes at (210) 841-7360, or by email.
NOTE: The first week of school for the fall and spring semester will carry a vendor table fee of $50.

Parking Information: Vendors should contact Campus Police (210) 829-6030 in order to obtain a parking permit for the day(s) of vending. Parking Permits are also at the Student Center Front Desk area located in Marian Hall.

Exhibitor Policy

Vendor Table Form:
The following steps are necessary to request a vendor table:

  1. Complete Vendor Table Request
  2. Attach a business card to Request Form
  3. Make a $35 payment before table setup. Checks must be made payable to UIW.

The completed form must be received by the Student Center at least one week before scheduled table date.  A Table Permit will be issued to you when payment is received and the permit must be prominently displayed and returned to the Student Center desk at the end of the day. Solicitation Request:
The following steps are necessary to request the ability to solicit the campus community:

  1. Complete Solicitation Request
  2. Attach a business card to Request Form

The completed form must be received by the Student Center and Leadership Activities Office at least one week before scheduled campus visit date, unless otherwise specified.  A Solicitation Permit will be issued to you when you arrive on campus that day in the Campus Life Office in the Marian Hall Student Center.
