Eligibility for SHRM-CP Exam: Students in their final year of an SHRM-approved undergraduate or graduate program, with at least 500 hours of accumulated internship or practical HR experience, are eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP exam. The SPS Office of Professional and Continuing Education also offers the SHRM Essentials course and SHRM Exam Prep course.
