About the Program (Curriculum)
The Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources is a 120-hour program that takes you through a business and human resources curriculum that will let you develop all the key competencies you need in your future HR career. By studying staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and legal compliance, you will develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills as well as technology and business communication skills.
