Dr. Robert Wescott, an esteemed economist and policy expert, played a crucial role in negotiating China’s entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO). Drawing from firsthand experience, he will share behind-the-scenes insights from these negotiations and analyze the shifts in global economic policies—both expected and unexpected—that have followed.
