Housing Check-List (Application)

Review and address any registration holds
Register full time (12+ hours)
- Newly accepted Nursing Students: Please ensure you are on the list sent by Dr. Nelson (rmnelson@uiwtx.edu)
- Waitlisted for a class? Have your advisor e-mail housing@uiwtx.edu with an explanation and credit hours enrolled
- Graduating in December but not a full-time student? Have your advisor e-mail housing@uiwtx.edu with an explanation of graduation and total credit hours
Apply for housing: April 17 - 27 by 9 a.m.

Room Renewal (eligible residents): April 23 - 26 by 12 p.m.
- If you do not renew your room during this time, we are unable to manually place you in your room
Room Reservation: April 27 - 30
- Timeslots e-mailed: April 27
  - Time slots will be issued based on all applications received by 9 a.m. April 27
- Room Selection: April 28 - 30
Students are able to select their room until June 15
Starting June 16, Residence Life and Housing Operations will make all housing Assignments
