Founded in 1881 by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, is located in the city of San Antonio, Texas, one of the top destinations in the United States known for it’s art, culture and cuisine. UIW is the largest Catholic university in Texas and the fourth largest private university in the state.
UIW has over 140 exchange agreements with universities around the world. Is also one of the universities that graduates the most Hispanic students in the United States. UIW is accredited by SACSCOC (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges).

Mexico City, Mexico
Located in a privileged area of Mexico City, with access to various transportation routes to explore the city (museums, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.). The campus offers a comprehensive education through a bilingual and bicultural approach. Most undergraduate and graduate programs are offered under a Dual Degree modality (Mexico–United States), and others even offer a Triple Degree (Mexico–United States–Germany). UIW also offers diploma programs, language courses, and courses in various fields of study, as well as workshops.

Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
Located in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, an area that hosts a large number of national and international companies. In addition, Guanajuato continues to be recognized as one of the top destinations for tourism and business.
The campus offers opportunities for international exchange, along with a vibrant university life focused on competitive international sports, arts, culture, and leadership rooted in social engagement. The academic offerings include undergraduate and master's degree programs with Dual Degrees between Mexico and the United States.

Strasbourg, France
Located in Strasbourg, France, this campus offers students the opportunity to take courses during a semester or summer session. All courses are taught in English, and credits are issued by UIW. Subjects include international relations, European Union studies, and French/German language courses.
During the semester, you’ll have the chance to learn more about Europe beyond textbooks and classrooms, with trips to significant historical, cultural, and political sites in and around the city of Strasbourg, as well as in Germany and Belgium.

Global Online (Programs Online and in Spanish)
Global Online is an international educational model from the University of the Incarnate Word that offers online programs in Spanish. It is designed for Spanish-speaking individuals who wish to earn a U.S. degree or certificate.
