Services

The UIW Nursing Cardinal Clinic provides preventative healthcare to low income families of the eastside of San Antonio and the surrounding area.

Services provided include:

• Medicaid Texas Health Steps Well Child Examinations
• Well women services for 18 - 64 years of age under Healthy Texas Women and Mature Women's Grant
• Low-cost immunizations through the Texas Vaccines for Children and Adult Safety Net Programs
  • Vaccination rates and fees
• Tuberculosis screen (TB skin testing)

Physical exams and well woman exams are by appointment only. Schedule your physical exam today with one of our nurse practitioners.

Payments Accepted

The only insurance we accept is Medicaid. Cash and Credit Cards accepted. Appropriate fee is due at time of visit.
