UIW Receives Transformational Gift

San Antonio (Nov. 8, 2019) – The University of the Incarnate Word is proud to announce the receipt of a $950,000 gift from the Estate of Robert & Hildegard Moore. This transformational gift will benefit scholarships for UIW students.

This gift moves the University forward in its quest to “Double the Endowment” over the next 10 years to better support students through graduation. This priority is one of eight strategic priorities approved by the UIW Board of Trustees that evolved out of a university-wide process of examining our direction as an institution. These priorities will guide us in our work to realize our vision for UIW's future.
