Variety show performerSaturday night at the Diane Bennack Concert Hall was bursting with energy, talent, and purpose during the 2025 Annual Medical Mission Fundraiser Variety Show. Hosted by the San Antonio Filipino American Chamber of Commerce (SAFACC) and the UIW Ettling Center for Civic Leadership & Sustainability, the event brought together our community to raise funds for medical care in underserved regions of the Philippines. Unified In Wellness was proud to be one of the evening’s sponsors.

The night opened with a heartfelt message from Vice Consul Tanya Gaurano, setting the tone for an inspiring celebration of culture and service. Ms. Chona Day, President of SAFACC, shared, "This is a remarkable opportunity to combine our resources, knowledge and networks to help those who need it most. We are grateful to have the Ettling Center as a partner in this vital mission and look forward to seeing the positive impact we will make together."

Variety show performerThe performances were unforgettable — from powerhouse vocals and lively dance numbers to moving spoken word pieces and a jaw-dropping guitar solo by Communication Arts major Jordan Gonzales. “It was an honor to use my music to support such a meaningful cause,” said Jordan, Variety Show performer.

Bobby San Martin, program specialist from the Ettling Center, added, “Thanks to SAFACC and the Ettling Center, I feel prepared to serve the poorest of the poor in Bukidnon. I’m beyond grateful to our sponsors for making this mission trip possible.”

With local leaders like Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar, the evening was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together. Unified In Wellness is honored to support efforts that promote health, healing, and global solidarity. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night a huge success!
