Guidance and Resources from the School of Media and Design

Students in the School of Media and Design are well supported throughout their years of study. Through rigorous courses, one-on-one guidance and mentorship from faculty and assistance from UIW student services, SMD students have all the tools they need to successfully navigate their degree programs and take full advantage of all of the opportunities the University experience offers them.

Faculty Advisors

Upon declaring a major, SMD students are assigned an advisor from among the full-time faculty members within their degree program or field of study.
