Housing and Meals

A representative from International Affairs will contact exchange students with information about on-campus accommodation after the student has been admitted. Exchange students are required to live on campus and purchase a meal plan. No exceptions. Students must submit a $225 housing deposit to complete the housing application.

Residence Halls

UIW's Residence Life and Housing creates a safe and inclusive community, provides supportive services, and cultivates holistic growth through the UIW Mission. We would like your stay in the campus residence halls to compliment your total educational experience. There are a number of campus housing options available. I-House

We encourage our exchange student population to live in Intercultural House (I-House), the newest Living and Learning Community at UIW. Sponsored in conjunction with International Student and Scholar Services and Residence Life and Housing Operations, I-House develops a global community for students around the globe.

I-House's community is located in the Township Apartments with room for 14 international/exchange students per year.

I-House applications close July 1, 2023 for the 2023-24 school year. Interested students will need to complete a Housing application with Residence Life and the I-House application (after being accepted to UIW's Incoming Exchange program). Follow I-House on Instagram: @uiwihouse.
