Apply for Graduation
Ready to graduate? Don't forget to officially apply for graduation by the deadline to ensure your eligibility to participate in the commencement ceremony.
Cap and Gown
Dress the part! Find out how to order your cap, gown, tassel, and other regalia at Herff Jones to ensure you look your best on graduation day.
Tickets
Tickets are required for Commencement. Each graduate will receive 15 tickets, graduates do not require a ticket. All guests ages 3+ require a ticket. Students approved for graduation will receive a link through their Cardinal email on March 31 when the ticket portal opens to claim their tickets for Commencement. If there are any unclaimed tickets, an email will be sent to graduates to claim extra tickets (no more than two additional tickets) on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Honor Cords and Sashes
Recognize your achievements! Learn about eligibility and how to obtain honor cords and sashes for academic and extracurricular accomplishments. Consult with your organization sponsor to determine the appropriate recognition item.
Stole Approval Guidelines
Personalize your regalia! Qualifying students may wear official, approved stoles issued by registered honors, community service, academic, athletic, leadership and professional student organizations. Consult with your organization sponsor to determine the appropriate recognition item.

Celebrate your graduation with stunning photos by the beloved clock tower! Photo sessions will be held on May 9, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Keep an eye out for more exciting details coming soon from your Office of Alumni.
