Prior to his academic career, he worked for over twelve years in accounting and finance roles across various sectors, including banking, construction, wholesale, entertainment, franchises, and medical devices. His experience includes positions at multinational companies such as Philips. Additionally, he has provided executive recruitment consulting services to companies like Mondelez, InBev, Zurich Insurance, United Distillers, and others.
