Over the past eight years, she has gained extensive experience in graphic design. In the years since then, she has received her BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Incarnate Word, as well as an MA from Savannah College of Art and Design in Design Management. Maria currently works as an in-house graphic designer for City Council District 2. In her spare time, she creates hand-lettering pieces and illustrations for her side gig, Tiny Brain.
