UIW Engage – For Students

Student Organizations

In order to remain in good standing with the Campus Engagement Office, all student organizations must fulfill the following requirements.

1. Two officers from each student organization must attend the mandatory semester UIW Engage training.
2. Student organization renewal registration must be filled out every semester through the UIW Engage system,

Deadlines for these are the same every semester. Both the training and registration must be completed before the end of September (Fall Semester) and the end of February (Spring Semester).

Failure to complete these by the communicated deadlines will result in your student organization portal to become frozen or inactive. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these requirements, reach out to the Campus Engagement Office at (210) 829-6034.
