International Articulation Agreements
Definition
The International Affairs Office at the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) defines an International Articulation Agreement as an academic agreement between an existing UIW sister school partner which establishes a pathway detailing the sequence of courses in order for students to transition into a specified UIW academic program.
Overview
A well-functioning system of transfer and articulation depends upon meaningful collaboration as educational partners with UIW in the development of agreements. This collaboration includes the exchange of pertinent information, such as catalogs, course syllabi, course outlines, learning outcomes, and/or curriculum guides in an open and timely fashion.
