I was born in Mexico City, but my family moved to the North East of the country and we grew up in Tampico, Tamaulipas. We loved the beach and we all had a great time growing up close to the ocean.

I always liked languages so I studies English (main interest) and French. I came to the United States in 1986. I became an American citizen in 1992 and I am very grateful to this country for the opportunities it has given me over the years.

I have loved English so much that I married an American who grew up in West Texas. His name is Andrew. We love to spend time together. We have been married for almost 23 years. We like to travel when possible. We like to hike and do different and exciting things together. We like to spend time with our families. We have many, many nieces and nephews.

We both like to read and research topics of interest.
